CANCELLATION – The customer can cancel the tour (free of charge) up to 12 hours before the booked service, after this deadline no refund will be allowed. Within 12 hours before the tour departure the customer can also ask for an amendment of her/his booking (changes are related to: tour typology, number of participants, tour date, and so on).

LIABILITY – The tour operator is not liable for any loss of personal belongings. If the client has a train or a flight or a ship booked on the same day of the tour, it would be suggested to inform the tour operator to better manage the situation. The tour operator is not responsible if customers miss a train, a flight or a ship.
