An eventual cancellation of the services required by the
customer must be notified at least 24 hours before the date agreed. Only in
this case the entire cost of the tour will be refunded. In all other cases
nothing will be due.
The Company reserves the right to change itineraries and /
or times for reasons of force majeure (adverse weather conditions, rough sea,
etc. ).
The Company is not responsible for any closures of Museums,
archaeological sites and is not responsible for strikes, delays, irregularities
in city traffic or any other kind, damage caused by third parties or force
majeure.
The Company is not responsible for any changes in prices of
inputs or increases in the cost of services. In the event that any such
exceptional circumstances should prohibit the execution of the service, the
Company will refund to the customer all money paid, but no other compensation
will be.
The Company is not responsible for any loss or theft of
guests’ property during the tours. For payments by credit card there is a
surcharge of 3% on the cost of the tour (For American Express the
surcharge is 5% ).
THE PRICE OF EXCURSION INCLUDES: HIRE WITH DRIVER AND TOLLS.
Policies Cancellation of booking
The payment for the requested service will be charged on the
credit card indicated in the reservation procedure 3 days before the service.
Up to this date and time is no deposit. Once the deadline of 3 days before
transfer, the latter must also be paid in the event of non-performance. In the
case where the reservation of the transfer should occur in less than 3 days by
the same, Payment will be immediate. The customer may cancel his reservation
completely free of charge no later than 3 days after beginning of the service.
Cancellations received after this deadline will be subject to the payment of
the cost of service. The cancellation of reservation must be made by e-mail.
CO.A.VE confirm this cancellation via e-mail. In case of non-receipt of e-mail
confirming cancellation of the service, contact the Booking Office CO.A.VE.
SERVICES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT OR TOTAL
DEPOSIT BY CREDIT CARD , Bank transfer or cash. The services can be booked 18
hours before POLICY DATA REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION :
FULL REFUND 24 HOURS BEFORE THE DATE OF SERVICE .
Reimbursement of 50% of OR DEPOSIT 12 hours before the date
of SERVICE .
